Note: Astronomer Gary Dowdle is probably the premier astronomer of the 21st Century. He has mentored on many projects like mine and was an advisror to NASA, Starry Night Pro 6, and Stellarium. When Gary tells you are wrong astronomically--you're wrong. It is that simple.

What ever experience I went throught to get the prophecies that I received in this book it is worth it, even if it meant shame, embarrassement, and total humiliation.

3 Prophecies:

1. The next Star of Bethelehem is the star of the Antichrist: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jNlH9zLzot4&feature=related

2. Something spiritually significant happened June 6, 2010: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yYsTecbO5pg

3. Jesus was born on Rashashanah September 12, 3 B.C.E. http://members.cox.net/8thday/birth.html

Here are the emails from Astronomer Gary Dowdle:

Pastor Chris,

I recently got a copy of your new book 'Star Code' and have been going thru it for information and to check charts, dates, etc. because as I mentioned to you last year when we met in Roswell, it is very easy to introduce errors in the reconstruction of the timelines, dates, charts, locations, etc. We do have differences in opinions on the critical dates of interest and I will give my thoughts where I can to offer what I hope is useful and worth consideration in your research.

Chapter 2, pages 6-7-8 : This is stretching things a little to equate 9am/12pm/3pm (our clocks) to the actual Hebrew 3rd/6th/9th hours with the date of Rosh Hashanah of 9/11-12/3BC which is only on our Gregorian calendar and is Tishri 1 on the Hebrew/Jewish calendar (first month, first day or 1/1). At the end of page 8, you accidentally relate the Feast of Tabernacles to Rosh Hashanah.

Chapter 3: As you know, I still find the dates used by E.L. Martin for birth and crucifixion to be correct. Martin has made the main case for his choice of dates and my further research adds more confirmation to that from the astronomical perspective. I can't go into the details because it is part of a book that I am working on with Heiser. On pages 16-17 where you describe the Starry Night (Virgo) image/outline and use that as a reason for the Moon not being 'at/under the feet of Virgo' is a mistake in my opinion. The grapic image used by the software is by no means an exact replication of the pattern of the constellation, it is merely 'their' representation based on some artists design and is not the preferred method to use for a more exact understanding of the parameters of the pattern/stars. Also the 12 stars used by Wikipedia is another writer/artist convention and not by any means an indicator of the meaning in scripture (Rev. 12).

Chapter 3-4: Like Martin, I strongly disagree with the idea that the Magi were in Jerusalem/Bethlehem 'at the time/date of birth of Christ' and believe they did not arrive until 15 months later Dec. 2 BC.

Chapter 10: As you indicate, your picture/graphic is from a Babylon location, not from Bethlehem where Jup/Reg set at approximately ~3:41pm and the Sunset was at ~5:53pm and Moonset was at ~6:35pm. These are corrections to the times that were calculated by ELMartin/Griffith Observatory/Mosley/ made in their original research that I subsequently discovered several years ago and reported to Mosley and David Sielaff (ASK) after ELMartins death unfortunately. The corrected times have not been published or noted before by any other researchers to my knowledge and certainly were not reported to Griffith or ASK according to my emails with them. Mosley verified that they had in fact made some errors; but, he was unable and uninterested in determining how/why they had made the mistakes. These corrected times do not alter the premises of EL Martin and in fact add support to his theories. I think that using a 'Babylon' location to interpret the birth time is a grave mistake. The sky view that the Magi had on the evening of 9/11/3BC from Babylon is of interest and relates to the full story ; but, it is not the most important sky to focus on in my opinion.

Chart , page 46: Your chart is incorrect for 7:07pm Babylon, what has happened is that the software has reverted back to DST time and so is off by 1 hr. This happens now with the latest update to SN which can change times on you without your being necessarily aware that it has done so. As I mentioned before in conversations/emails, I have to use about 6 planetarium programs plus NASA data and multiple calendar programs to constantly double check results as the 'devil is in the details' and the programs have a history of errors and confusion going back many years/versions so one has to be very careful.

Chart, page 48: The chart does not show the fact that at 5:05am/9/12/3BC, Virgo/Sun/Moon are all still below the horizon and unobservable from Babylon though this fact could be 'calculated' by the Magi, it could not be seen. And again, determining what 'at/under the feet' means is not exactly precise and I could also add that technically, the location of the Moon was then actually in the boundaries of the constellation of Libra though this is also subject to some interpretation as to the recognized 'boundaries' of the constellations in the period of 3BC. (Note this chart may also be set to DST time)

I will stop at this point of the ending of Chapter 10 and give you a chance to check these issues and see if I am mistaken on any of the specific points in question accepting that we have certain disagreements on the overall dates and the issue of whether the Magi were actually present at the birth.

Chapter 19: Your chart (figures 23, 24, 25) for the Pentecost , May 30, 2009, Moonset is also incorrect because of the similar problem of using a timezone for Babylon, Iraq of -3 hrs. instead of +3 hrs and possibly a DST correction. The first quarter Moon sets just after midnight at about 12:12am on Sunday, May 31st, 2009. Moonrise occurred at approximately 11:06am on the morning of May 30th, 2009.

Chart 26: Pentecost, May 24th, 32 AD is also incorrect, Moonrise was at 3:44am with Moonset at 5:48pm as seen from Babylon (no DST) +3 hrs time zone. Note also that I disagree with Missler's dates for birth, crucifixion, Pentecost (Birth of the Church).

There will not be a solar eclipse over/seen from Belize City, Belize, on November 13, 2012, it will be visible from the south central Pacific Ocean centered on Earth coordinates 40S 161W. Belize is much to far north of the eclipse path and the sunset is at 5:17pm(17:17) or (UT 23:17). The Sun/Moon will be in the constellation of Libra, the Balance/Scales and in some ancient writings referred to as the 'claws of the Scorpion' and in some biblical astronomy writings Libra was also represented by an 'altar'.

Gary, I did get my information off the NASA solar-lunar eclipse site. I am confident that you priobably have the more correct information. Thank you for the update. Pastor Chris

To cut to the chase, I think you/your work has been critically ambushed. There are many errors in the calculations and charts due to someone not fully understanding the quirks of the software and as you say, a rush to meet some 'deadlines'. If it were me, I would strongly consider pulling the book off the market as the potential damage to your credibility might affect other areas of your work and may not be helpful to your continuing efforts to help many people.

The Uranus/Jupiter/crescent Moon conjunction is of interest and is the first of a triple conjunction of Uranus/Jupiter this year and into January 2011. I brought this to the attention of Heiser/Sielaff and others last year and expanded on both the astronomical/astrological aspects that I found of interest. There are other previous and future Uranus conjunctions that are also of interest in my research.

Unfortunately, your time of 6:00-6:06am, 2010/06/06 is incorrect for the Western sky setting of the grouping. Someone/somehow has improperly set the timezone to -3 hrs instead of +3 hrs and/or also introduced daylight savings time errors , the actual time of the setting (Jupiter/Uranus) is approximately 1:00-1:06pm on 2010/06/06 (no DST) with the Moon set a little later. Not having access to the original charts/work, I can only look at the book reproductions which are not easy to see in the black/white version. As always, check/double check and do not take my word for absolute as I have made my share of mistakes.

I would prefer to remain anonymous (a friend) and not be named in any corrections/updates or whatever you choose to do to address the problems. As my own research/work has not been published , specifics such as the 'corrections to ELMartin's work' should not be disclosed. I pass these things along to you to help someone I consider a friend and a fellow 'wounded warrior' and we both know it is not the first or last time that this will occur.

ps: There are very interesting astronomical events over the next few weeks and into early 2011 and we will see what world events of particular interest coincide with these 'signs in the sky'.

I am sure you are right Gary. Pastor Chris

Thank you Gary,
